AnchorWatch Service HighLights:

Performance, Availability and Predictive Failure Monitoring 24/7/365 – track the availability, performance and overall health of the critical networking components, including designated servers and managed networking gear such as routers, firewalls, managed switches, etc.

System Maintenance – System maintenance tasks are included as part of the SHI Anchor Watch program. Each maintenance task is performed utilizing the most expedient and unobtrusive method available, including automatic/remote, manual/remote, and manual/on-site. The labour cost of Break/Fix services is included. The cost of hardware replacement is not included.

System Administration – System administration tasks includes actions such as resetting passwords, assisting with basic shared folder creation and the associated permissions, creating and removing users from the user directory, adding a printer to an existing workstation, minor software updates, etc.

Backup and Restore System Testing – SHI will perform quarterly testing of the Backup/Restore system.

Patch Monitoring & Management – SHI will monitor the operating system patch levels of known systems that run approved operating systems and are connected to the network. This includes servers, desktop workstations, and laptop/notebook computers. SHI will deploy patches utilizing strategic timing based on best practices. SHI is also able to monitor and manage patch levels of Microsoft Office applications, and certain critical Microsoft back office server based applications such as Exchange and SQL Server.

Virus Definition Monitoring & Management – SHI will utilize a system that monitors antivirus definition levels of all known systems. Our system is compatible with most major antivirus software vendors (i.e.AVG, Symantec/Norton, McAfee, Trend Micro, Vipre and others).

Consultation Time – This time can be utilized to discuss items such as IT requirements, future projects, IT strategies, etc.

Reporting – Detailed reporting will be provided at pre-determined intervals. SHI can provide comprehensive reports on inventory and preventive maintenance activities as well as comprehensive tracking of all software and hardware on each desktop/laptop. Changes are also tracked and aid in quicker problem resolution.

Review Meetings – Meetings will be held to review monitoring reports and service requests, discuss priorities for the following quarter, and to asses the overall satisfaction of the services being provided.
